We opened our baked goods factory in 2008, ranking among the most advanced in the world, which produces all of the chain’s baked goods, bread,  and cake products.

The products are made from whole wheat grains and natural products, and contain no preservatives, dyes, or trans fat.  As a result our customers always receive quality breads and pastries that are healthy and nutritious.  The products arrive at the branches frozen, and each branch defrosts, proofs, and bakes the products on site throughout the day.
