Introducing our new Winter Menu

Thanks for checking in! We’ve got some exciting news….

Orchid Latte anyone? Yep, you heard right. Aroma Espresso Bar has launched the Orchid Latte.

What on earth is an Orchid Latte you ask? Well let me explain…

Commonly referred to as Salep or Sachlav in the Middle East, the Orchid Latte was served in “coffee” houses long before coffee and tea became popular.  Ancient Romans used crushed orchids to make a drink that they considered to be a very powerful aphrodisiac – just sayin’.

The drink is made by crushing dried orchids into flour and combining it with warm milk.  It results in a velvety and creamy warm milk drink, delicately flavoured with orchids.

We top our Orchid Latte with walnuts, coconut and a sprinkling of cinnamon.

Interested yet? Next time you visit Aroma, try it out and let us know what you think.

If you’re interested in all our new items (and why wouldn’t you be?), you’ll just have to check in again soon to hear about our:

  • Warm Apple Cider;
  • Shakshouka; and
  • Marshmallow Hot Chocolate (yes, we’ve added marshmallows to our already outrageously awesome Hot Chocolate!)

Thanks for stopping by!
