Aroma has specialized roasting methods, acquired from and overseen by the Ballestra family. The beans are roasted at our in house facilities in Israel, using the Torrefazione Artisan method, which is done by hand – slow and traditional. Each type of coffee undergoes traditional roasting at the specific temperature it requires, which draws out the maximum taste and aroma from the beans. During the roasting process the beans darken, and oils are extracted, each with its own special aroma. This method allows the coffee to achieve perfect body, softness, and a presence that lasts. Aroma knows that the most important indicator of freshness is the time between roasting and brewing. For this reason, we roast our beans daily to ensure the prefect cup of coffee is brewed exactly at its peak. The perfect cup of coffee starts with attention to detail.
